The purpose of these general contracting conditions is to regulate the relationship that arises between CITOGEN S.L.U., acting as the seller, and you, acting as the buyer, for the sale of articles/services through this website.

7. How to Place an Order
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Place Order”. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). Once the product leaves our facilities, you will be informed by email that it is being shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”).
8. Prices
The prices published for each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order and are valid except for typographical errors or end of the promotion. The published prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT and are valid for orders placed within Spain. CITOGEN S.L.U. reserves the right to modify products, promotions, commercial conditions, and prices at any time without prior notice to the customer. In any case, the offers will be duly marked and identified as such, indicating the previous price and the offer price. At CITOGEN S.L.U. there is no mandatory minimum purchase.
9. Payment Methods
Products will be paid in advance by credit/debit card.
- Credit/Debit Card. Payment is accepted via VISA and MasterCard cards and is made at the time of purchase, this method is convenient and secure. https://cagt.es/ uses a secure server, where all transmission of personal data is encrypted via the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol through the network; also, all banking data related to your card are requested on the 4B payment gateway of Banco Sabadell, and https://lab.citogen.es/ does not have access to your card’s confidential data at any time.
10. Delivery Times and Methods
You will be informed by email of the estimated delivery time. We commit to sending the products as soon as possible.
11. Warranty
Customers will benefit from the warranty given by the different manufacturers of each item. In the event that the item does not come with this document, it will be sufficient to keep the purchase invoice, in accordance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. Defects due to improper use or handling of the product, or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.
12. Product Returns and Exchanges
With our after-sales service, we try to offer quick and effective assistance to our customers to solve any problem with our items or shipments. If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately by email at cagt@cagt.es. After two (2) business days from the receipt of the product, no claims related to transport will be accepted. https://lab.citogen.es/ will cover the transport costs incurred for the return due to manufacturing defects of the product. If you want to make a return, notify us by email and make sure you have the original packaging; in the case of software or books, they must be properly sealed and packaged. The transport costs will be borne by the customer unless exceptions are duly authorized by https://lab.citogen.es/. A return period of 7 days is established from the delivery of the product to the customer, according to Law 47/2002, of December 19, on Retail Trade Regulation. The return of a product made to the customer’s specifications will not be accepted.
13. Right of Withdrawal
The User is entitled to withdraw from the purchase made through the Website https://lab.citogen.es/, being able to return the product if not satisfied, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the product was received. It is also stated that there will be no right of withdrawal regarding the provision of services when the execution of the same has already begun. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated, provided that the goods or products subject to withdrawal have been received. The right of withdrawal will be carried out by sending to CITOGEN S.L.U. via email at cagt@cagt.es the intention to exercise this right. Upon receipt of the communication, CITOGEN S.L.U. will inform the customer of the steps and measures to consider to exercise the right of withdrawal.
14. Right of Exclusion
CITOGEN S.L.U. reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own or a third party’s request, to those users who violate the Portal’s Terms of Use. CITOGEN S.L.U. will pursue the breach of the Portal’s Terms of Use, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.
